실종 신고를 허위 종결한 혐의로 구속된 현직 경찰관이 장미란 씨 사건을 허위 종결한 이후 실종자를 발견한 공로로 경찰청장 표창을 받은 것으로 확인됐습니다.26일 박수민 국민의힘 의원실에 따르면 실종 허위 종결한 제주서부경찰서 A경장은 지난 6월 26일 '실종 치매 노인 발견 유공' 사유로 경찰청장 표창을 받았습니다.장 씨에 대한 실종신고를 허위로 종결한 지 한달여 지난 시점입니다.A경장은 지난 2025년 9월 자살 기도자를 신속하게 발견한 공로로 경찰서장 표창을 받았고, 같은해 12월 제주경찰청장에게 연말 정기 표창을 받는 등 2020년부터 모두 10건의 상훈을 받은 것으로 파악됐습니다.시점은 특정되지 않았으나 A경장은 가정 폭력으로 감찰 조사를 받아 징계위에 회부된 전력이 있는 것으로 드러났습니다.여성화장실에 몰래 들어가 촬영한 혐의로도 조사를 받고 있습니다.이러한 전력을 비춰보면 과거 상훈이 부풀려지거나 거짓일 가능성을 의심해 봐야 한다는 지적이 나옵니다.앞서 A 경장은 지난 5월 15일 "장씨가 숙소를 나간 뒤 연락되지 않는다"는 신고를 접수하고 2시간 30여분만에 마치 장 씨와 연락이 닿은 것처럼 허위 종결했습니다.당시 A 경장은 신고자인 장 씨의 남자친구에게 "장 씨와 연락해 무사한 것을 확인했고, 위치 정보를 알리지 말라고 했다"는 취지로 설명하고 관련 기록을 삭제한 것으로 파악됐습니다.또 지난달 2일 접수된 60대 남성의 실종 사건을 장 씨와 비슷한 방식으로 허위 종결한 혐의를 받고 있습니다.。    Rudolph Isley, a founding member of The Isley Brothers, passed away Wednesday morning at the age of 84.The Isley Brothers confirmed the news on their social media accounts. “Heaven has gained another angel. He and his brothers were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1992.Earlier this year, Rudolph filed a lawsuit against Ronald over the trademark rights to the group's name, claiming that despite the name being jointly owned by both of them, Ronald alone filed for a federal trademark of the name in 2021, and it was approved by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.He sought to have a judge declare that the trademark rights to the name were equally and jointly owned by both brothers, and he wanted any revenue Ronald made from exploiting the trademark to be divided.Rudolph Isley was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, in 1939.
